I've had to make some pretty hard choices lately.

There has been miscommunication problems,

And yes, I'm disappointed,

But that doesn't mean I'm giving up.

Everyone's screwed up in love.

There's no such thing as a fairytale story.

Its either the prince dies or the princess turns out to be this wicked bitch.

Either that or the princess is trapped in a tower,

Waiting for someone to come rescue her and when he finally comes,

He doesn't have a way to get her.

No one really ends up happy.

There's always a flaw in the plan.

Its just whether you can live with said flaw or not.

They always tell you not to give your heart away so easily,

To know the person before you fall in love,

Like you had a choice.

Do you REALLY think that you get to control how or when you fall in love with someone?

I don't blame my friends when they make stupid choices and fall in love.

I do, however, see to it that I've done my duties as a friend to tell them what's right and what's wrong.

Whatever they decide to choose,

Its their decision.

Being in love is like eating cotton candy:

You can either enjoy it and have it sweet on your tongue all the time

Or you can overdose on it, and it starts being gross.

You know how 

We used to think that the biggest problem in the world we had

Was when our crush didn't like us back?

Or when we didn't know to get into the "in" crowd?

Those were back in the days of Form 1. 

Now most of us would look back, laugh and blush about how we acted.

Being Form 5 wasn't what I thought it'd be.

We always thought that being "seniors" of the school would be so many words:

Popular,

Glamorous,

Powerful...

And so many other things.

In all honesty,

It is.

It just depends on how and when you make it happen.

You don't have to be popular by doing all the wrong things.

You don't have to be glamorous by having the most sought after items.

You don't have to be mean to be powerful.

What happened to the days where respect was earned and not made fear by?

What happened to the smiles and waves we'd return instead of bitchy looks and spiteful sneers?

I didn't write the entire paragraph above to preach to you.

No, I'm not perfect,

And honestly,

I don't think I'd fit into these huge shoes that my seniors have made,

But I'd like to try.

Or at the very least be given the opportunity to.

Being a senior was nothing like I expected,

But I'm going to make the damn best out of it. :D

On another note,

Debutante balls are officially mean in my book.

Especially when people make promises they shouldn't keep.

Even if it isn't their fault.

Things like that aren't suppose to happen.

Its waaaaaayy too complicated to even begin to explain or unwind yourself from. :/

Yes, I'm back.
Because a little ranting now and then is good for the soul. (:
I've been nothing but hectic lately,
(I know I say that alot, but it's true!)
School's just been piling on the stuff I have to study and read up,
And the mountains of homework isn't exactly helping either.
CNY holidays just passed and my mum was on one of those baking frenzies again, and I had to help out.
Chocolate chip cookies, almond cookies, peanut cookies, pineapple tarts...
My house smelled so much like baked goods that I overdosed and got sick if it. D:
Imagine, getting sick on something so good?
Oh yeah.

My bag of stuff finally arrived to where it's suppose to go. (:
I'm glad you like the dragon and the necklace. :D
And remember to bring ny book back mmkay? :3
